ΔΕΝΤΡΟΛΙΒΑΝΟ scaled

A well-known plant in antiquity when the Ancient Greeks used it in various religious ceremonies and celebrations, in ornamentations of buildings, temples and as a fuel for incense.

From the leaves of rosemary a liquid can be extracted, which is used in the manufacture of medicine for rheumatism, for various irritations of the mouth as well as for cough. The shoots extract essential oil used in perfumery, soap, and in insecticides.
